This site is intended to be the first stop for connecting people and information related to monitoring prescribed and wildland fires. We will be using a variety of tools available in My Fire Community to keep these pages friendly, flexible, and functional. If you are new to working in these communities, the Help/FAQ link on the left is an outstanding place to start.
Our structure will be as follows:
Main site--perfect for discussion threads and posting general information. Help keep this site working by trying to fit your topic/item in an already existing topic, if it exists. Of course, if you have an idea or subject that deserves a new topic, by all means, please create it!
Subgroups--perfect for specific workshops and topics like training aids. They may be public, private, or hybrids. Keep in mind that some of the materials you are working on might be of use and interest to our greater community, so if your group is private consider shifting materials to more open forums whenever possible.
